Alcázar of Seville

• Bring an original, valid passport or ID card for entry along with your ticket.
• You can present your ticket printed or on your mobile.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your tour is scheduled.
• The Alcázar is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible, with ramps and elevators available at the venue for easy access.
• Your guide dogs and therapy/assistance animals with medically-issued certificates are welcome at the venue.
• For your safety, security screening is a must. Please be ready for longer wait times during peak season.
• If your selected timeslot is unavailable, you will be assigned the next one. Entry is scheduled at 30-minute intervals.
